HITech now offers preventive maintenance and service plans for your Denford machines.
The maintenance plans are good for one year and can be a substantial cost saving over the standard Repair costs.
Standard repair charges are $125.00 an hour plus expenses per visit.
The maintenance plan will allow your facility to budget machine repairs and upkeep for the year. Your maintenance plan will include the following services:
Unlimited Telephone Support (callback basis)
One service call per year (use our online service request form at www.hitechinc.us under service request)
- One P.M. visit per year
- Repair machine as needed
- Inspect machine for any signs of wear
Clean and lubricate machine
Tighten any loose components and adjust as needed
Recommend replacement parts if needed
Install latest software updates
Software upgrades are an additional cost
- P.M. and/or service does not include cost of parts
